 Who We Are

Hi! My name is Kylee Densmore and I am the owner of Dragonheart Farm, along with my Fiance John Patenaude.  We both served in the US Army and we are proud Veterans.  We are also the soap artists and product developers. We thank you for your interest in our handcrafted products and we are excited to welcome you to the Dragonheart Family!  Whether you would like to order from our in-stock inventory or custom order something special, we will be happy to handcraft you the purest soaps and natural products straight from our farm to your bathtub!

 How do I make a custom order?

We are excited to help you make all of your crafty ideas come to life!  We can custom handcraft products for special events or re-create something you have seen on the internet, as long as it's a reasonable request that won't put us in jail!  Please allow two weeks for handcrafted custom orders to be fulfilled. Pick-Up/Drop-Off locations and times are flexible. Send us a text or email to get your custom order started.

 How do I purchase the products on your website?

We are artisans and we make small batches of high-quality products so our inventory is fluctuating constantly. We may or may not have all products available however we are able to recreate most products with similar results. To purchase from our regular inventory, please send us a text or email and we will let you know what we have available.  You can also visit us at one of our events or pop-up shops.  Check out our next event under the Events tab.  

 What is your return policy?

We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality and standards at which we make our products, however if you request a refund, we require you to return all unused products as well as the product that you are requesting a refund for while indicating the reason for the return. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and save all of the original packing materials so that a proof of damage claim can be made with the carrier.
